We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Administration team as a Receptionist / Administrative Officer reporting to the Financial Controller.
This is a permanent role commencing as soon as possible and is based in Singapore.
About the role – you will be responsible for:
- Answering telephone, screening and directing calls;
- Meeting and greeting internal and external guests and offering refreshments to external guests;
- Managing the preparation of meeting rooms for all internal and external meetings, including room booking and catering set up for meetings and functions;
- Calendar/Diary Management, including booking and coordinating meetings, audio & video conferences
- Maintaining facilities and breakout areas throughout day;
- Providing general administration support to LIU departments, including but not limited to preparation of documents, data entry, general typing, mail-outs etc.
About you - you will have:
- Front Desk Reception experience essential
- High level of customer focus and personal presentation skills
- Strong ability to work effectively in a close-knit team and autonomously
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Sound relationship building skills
- Strong continuous improvement skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
