We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Administration team as a Receptionist / Administrative Officer reporting to the Financial Controller. 

This is a permanent role commencing as soon as possible and is based in Singapore.

About the role – you will be responsible for:
  • Answering telephone, screening and directing calls;
  • Meeting and greeting internal and external guests and offering refreshments to external guests;
  • Managing the preparation of meeting rooms for all internal and external meetings, including room booking and catering set up for meetings and functions;
  • Calendar/Diary Management, including booking and coordinating meetings, audio & video conferences
  • Maintaining facilities and breakout areas throughout day;
  • Providing general administration support to LIU departments, including but not limited to preparation of documents, data entry, general typing, mail-outs etc.
About you - you will have:
  • Front Desk Reception experience essential
  • High level of customer focus and personal presentation skills
  • Strong ability to work effectively in a close-knit team and autonomously
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Sound relationship building skills
  • Strong continuous improvement skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
